WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

At Randall's Reef Marine Shop, we are unfortunately unable to offer a returns policy due to the nature of the product, However if you have any issues please contact our customer service team and they will do their up most to assist you.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?

We understand that once you've placed your order, you are excited to receive it as soon as possible. At Randall's Reef Marine Shop, we process orders promptly, and shipping times vary based on the day you have have selected at checkout for delivery. Typically, orders are shipped with Royal Mails Special delivery 24hr before 1pm, which will require some-one to be home to sign for delivery. If you require your order the day after purchase you will need to complete your order before 2pm to enable us to efficiently pack your order and get in the post in time.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Due to the nature of our product we are unable to ship outside of the UK.
